I cant wait to leave! Im applying tonight at Baltimore International College so that I can leave this state and persue a dream of mine. Becoming a pastry chef. I want to make all the pretty wedding cakes an yummy candy that I see on food network. So im applying at BIC for their associates degree in baking and pastry and who knows I may eventually go on to get my bachlors in culinary management. But all I know is if I could I would be out of this state by spring.

I love to cook, I love business. I'd love to run my own restaurant...but I hate the hours.
